1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By registering for this event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not register or attend the event.
2. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
- All registrations must be completed through our official registration platform.
- Payment is required to confirm registration unless otherwise specified.
- Registration fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the cancellation policy.
- We reserve the right to verify registration information and reject applications.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
Participant Cancellations:
- Cancellations made 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event: No refund
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the event organizers.
Event Cancellation by Organizers:
- In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control, participants will receive a full refund.
- We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses incurred by participants.
4. EVENT PARTICIPATION
- Participants must comply with all event rules and guidelines.
- We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the event.
- Photography and recording may occur during the event for promotional purposes.
- Participants grant permission for their likeness to be used in event materials.
5. LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
- Participants attend at their own risk.
- Organizers are not liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss.
- Participants are responsible for their own health, safety, and insurance coverage.
- Event schedule and content may change without prior notice.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All event materials, presentations, and content remain the property of respective owners.
- Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
- Participants may not use event materials for commercial purposes without permission.
